Free members get five match allocations per UTC day. Plus members have no personal allocation limit while paid access is active. Calls last up to eight minutes each. In the final three minutes, both people may agree to add eight minutes if either has active Plus. There is one extension maximum. Shared daily service capacity, partner availability and the same safety checks apply to everyone. Earlier purchased packs remain available if Plus ends.

Plus members may save up to five countries to match people currently connecting from any of them, or choose Anywhere. The location is approximate and can be wrong because of VPNs and mobile networks; it does not verify nationality or language fluency. A match happens only when someone eligible is available in one of those countries. If the search takes longer, you can broaden that search to Anywhere without changing your saved choices.

After a completed talk, you have 24 hours to choose Meet again. A connection appears only if you both choose it. Either person can remove or block it for free. A Plus member can invite a mutual connection who is online; the other person accepts for free using their available talks. No unsolicited messages, contact details or automatic calls.

Plus renews monthly at US$9.99 until cancelled. No setup fee or trial. PayPal shows the final amount and any currency conversion before approval. Cancel renewal here at any time; confirmed paid access remains until its end date. A failed or pending payment does not extend access. Refunds and reversals revoke the affected paid period. For refunds or billing issues, contact support. Cancellation alone is not a refund. Mandatory consumer rights remain unchanged.
