TalkleTalkle
Short conversations with real people. A little more confidence in another language.
What Talkle is
Talkle is a browser-based, one-to-one video language-exchange app. Choose a language, enter the live queue and talk with another person practicing it. Meetings last up to eight minutes. Live captions and private phrase feedback support the conversation without turning it into a lesson.
Why it exists
Language practice is also a chance to connect. Talkle starts with something small: an approachable conversation with another person, room to make mistakes, and encouragement to try again. The goal is to make speaking with people from different backgrounds feel a little more natural.
Who runs it
Talkle is independently operated by Andrew as a sole proprietorship. Make A Circle is a separate business, also operated by Andrew; it does not operate Talkle. For support, billing questions or safety concerns, email [email protected].
What to expect today
This is an early-access community, not a tutoring service or a guarantee of an instant match. Guests can try one match after safety checks; verified accounts get five free daily match allocations. Optional Plus costs US$9.99 per month and can be purchased after account setup without prior talks. There are no AI conversation partners. Safety checks reduce some risks but cannot guarantee another person's behavior.
The current Talkle focuses on live language practice. Earlier worksheet, coaching and partner programs are no longer offered here. Previous account, payment and partner obligations remain separate; contact support about them.
